No — we only purchase genuine OEM (original equipment manufacturer) cartridges. Compatible, refilled or remanufactured cartridges cannot be accepted.
We check current market prices across Australian retailers and wholesale channels. Your buy price is calculated as a percentage of that resale value based on condition, so it's always fair and transparent.
We consider expired cartridges on a case-by-case basis. Slightly expired stock is often still saleable. Let us know the expiry dates in your submission and we'll advise.
For smaller quantities, standard Australia Post or courier is fine — we'll give you packing tips to ensure safe delivery. For larger lots, we can arrange collection from your premises at no cost to you.
Payment is made via bank transfer within 1 business day of us receiving and inspecting your cartridges. We'll send you a remittance advice so you know exactly what was paid and why.
